If your item is damaged, or if we made an error
If the problem with your merchandise is the result of damage or our error, please contact us at Store@pawschicago.org, and explain your concerns. We’ll do what we can to make it right.
If you are returning an item for exchange or refund
Items for return or exchange are generally not allowed. As a nonprofit dedicated to building a No Kill Chicago, all of our energy is focused on saving homeless and at-risk dogs and cats. If items you received do not fit, we encourage you to offer the item to family or friends who share your deep passion for animals and also want to look great in high quality PAWS Chicago apparel. You’ll feel good knowing that your purchase saved more animals, and that your family and friends appreciate your generosity. If that doesn’t work, email us at Store@pawschicago.org and we’ll see what we can do. But no promises.
Items approved for return or exchange by the PAWS online store manager must be returned to us in their originally-shipped condition including all original tags attached and packaging included. You must include your packing slip with your return. We cannot accept returns of items that do not have their original packing slip(s).
Once approved for return by the PAWS online store manager, you may return your package via the carrier of your choice, at your expense. Ship to:The PAWS Store

No store credit will be issued until the item is returned in its original condition, with all original tags attached, including packing slip. Credit or refund is applied to the original credit card used for payment.
If you are returning a gift
